DTAC

The Day Training Activity Center (DTAC) is a vocational program that equips participants with essential workforce skills. L.A.R.C. Industries offers personalized training, ensuring individuals are ready for successful employment.

Residential Program

L.A.R.C. Ranch offers 13 well-equipped homes in Saugus, ensuring comfort and support. Our certified staff provides quality care, with regular medical visits. Amenities include a dietician, versatile spaces, and specialized homes for elderly and higher-care needs.

Adult Developmental Center

L.A.R.C. Ranch's Adult Developmental Center offers tailored programs and low staff-to-participant ratios. Individualized plans ensure progress in physical fitness, language, socialization, and more.

Upcoming Events

After ten years of negotiations, dozens of agencies, hundreds of meetings, and thousands of gallons of water trucked in — it’s finally happening! The long-awaited L.A.R.C. Pipeline is under construction. Because of this major construction project taking place on the L.A.R.C. campus, our 2025 fundraiser will be held virtually. Please complete the Opportunity Card with your pledge to support L.A.R.C. Please return it by October 2, 2025. Though we won’t be gathering in person this year, together we honor the past, embrace the future, and continue building brighter days ahead for the residents of L.A.R.C.
